kbajee Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a kbajee account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing kbajee from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.

If duplicate accounts are detected — identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods — kbajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals pending a full review.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

kbajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT and no currency conversion fees are applied by kbajee. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, which are outside kbajee's control.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are credited to your kbajee account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• kbajee does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, additional verification may extend this to 24 hours.
• kbajee may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

kbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the kbajee Bonus page, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets unless otherwise stated.
• kbajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, or any other method deemed exploitative — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion has an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that are not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.

05 Game Rules & Fair Play

10 Disputes & Complaints
